Looking for NTCC Softball alumni
The ²ÝÁñÉçÇø Eagles Softball program will host an Alumni Game on Saturday, Oct. 11 at Eagle Field. All NTCC Softball alumni are invited to come enjoy friendly competition and fellowship with the current team and coaching staff. NTCC to host 25th annual rodeo
†††Rodeo fans will get to see more than 300 athletes from throughout the Southern Region of the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association (NIRA) compete for points and prizes next weekend as ²ÝÁñÉçÇø its 25th annual rodeo. The event will be held October 9-11 at the Mount Pleasant City Arena on Greenhill Road.
†††Rodeo action will begin at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and at 2 p.m.
Women's soccer update
†††The ²ÝÁñÉçÇø (NTCC) Women?s Eagles Soccer team won two of four games this past week. The Eagles defeated Western Texas College and Paris Junior College, but fell to Jacksonville College and third ranked Tyler Junior College.
†††Melanie Barnes kicked off the game against Paris on Saturday with a goal seven minutes in, assisted by Imelda Pina.
Pleasant Sams club gives scholarship
The ²ÝÁñÉçÇø Foundation recently received a $500 scholarship from the Pleasant Sams, the Mount Pleasant Chapter of the Good Sam Club of America. This year?s gift will benefit a student studying nursing at NTCC. Shelby program to host car show
The Carroll Shelby Automotive Program at ²ÝÁñÉçÇø will host the†Three Shelbys and a Corvette Racer Car Show†on Saturday, Oct. 11. The event will kick off at 10 a.m. at the Shelby Automotive Technology building on the main NTCC campus.
NTCC men's soccer holds on to national ranking
The ²ÝÁñÉçÇø (NTCC) Men?s Eagles Soccer team split two games this week defeating Jacksonville College and falling to Tyler Junior College (ranked third in the nation) in overtime. The Eagles remain†ranked seventh in the nation according to the National Junior College Athletic Association coaches poll this week.

Let's Hang On to perform at Whatley Center
Let?s Hang On will perform at the ²ÝÁñÉçÇø campus in the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts on October 11 at 7:30 p.m. Billed as the nation's most popular Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons Tribute show, you will hear the story of these blue-collar boys from the wrong side of the tracks who wrote their own songs, invented their own sound, and took the world by storm all before the age of 30.
