For NTCC Honors Students, there are three major ways in which leadership not only benefits the recipient, but the whole honors experience. Students can lead in classroom erudition, scholarship, and in collective activities that provide services for the community and/or accolades for the larger group. Now in his second semester as an honors scholar, Luke McCrawhas won the 2023 Dr. Charles B. Florio Award, for his leadership in all three venues.
Set up your spring payment plans
Students who have registered for spring classes are now able to view their account balances in the myEagle Portal. Everyone is encouraged to pay their balance or set up a payment plan as soon as possible. The deadline for payment is January 8th.
All aboard the Registration Express!
What started as an out-of-the-box idea by NTCC Navigator, Ja'Quacy Minter, ended with the NTCC Student Services building and beyond being transformed into a festive "Registration Express" train station, blending the magic of The Polar Express with the importance of spring registration.

Description of Duties:
- Assure adherence to the grant requirements
- Monitor sites/data/records for quality control
- Supervise site staff
- Coordinate training opportunities for staff
- Give guidance to help staff implement appropriate programming to meet the needs to the students and schools
- Complete reports to TEA, supervisor, CIS Board, and NTCC as requested
- Other duties as assigned

MLT students visit TRMC lab
Thursday, November 30th, second year MLT students braved the rain to tour the laboratory at Titus Regional Medical Center. They were able to see first hand how the skills they鈥檝e been learning throughout their time at NTCC will be used. Titus Regional has two Sysmex hematology analyzers for fast and accurate complete blood counts. Laboratory Director, LeeAnn Harlow, explained how Titus moved to high sensitivity troponin testing for patients being evaluated for myocardial infarctions.
