Dr. Josh Stewart, Vice President for Student and Outreach Services, addressed approximately 60 staff members of the NTCC Outreach Services Department at a recent reception held in his honor.鈥犫燬taff from the NTCC Outreach Department, Adult Education, Communities In Schools and Upward Bound programs hosted the event for Dr. Stewart at Region 8 Education Service Center.鈥犫燗 light buffet was served as staff and guests introduced themselves.
Greetings were brought by Melody Henry, Associate Dean of Outreach Services.鈥犫燬ue Barker, Director of Adult Education introduced staff, along with Laura Lambert, Director of Communities In Schools and Cynthia Linseisen, Associate Director of Upward Bound.
Dr. John McCullough, NTCC Vice President for Advancement, and Alan Carter, NTCC Professor of Accounting also addressed the group.
Dr. Stewart began his new position on February 1, 2016.鈥犫燭he NTCC Outreach Services Department provides services to families, children and adults throughout the 草榴社区 Texas area to increase access to higher education, through dropout prevention services, college readiness services and GED and ESL classes for adults.
